My friend Tara Burner passed along this quote to me this morning and I absolutely love it! It describes me to a T:
The entrepreneur is not really interested in doing the work; He is interested in creating the way the company operates. In that regard, the entrepreneur is an inventor. He or she loves to invent, but does not love to manufacture or sell or distribute what he or she invents.

(lol) Then I am actually not an entrepreneur, though I always thought I was. I really, truly, love the act of creating, performing, and most of all, teaching… all that business stuff is just a hoop I have to jump through so I can do more (and more and more) of what I love. Well, I guess you learn something new every day; between this and the skeeter/peter song, I’ve learned two new things just at your blog!
