Heidi Caswell

I want to tell you about a wonderful woman I met this week. Her name is Heidi Caswell, from Texas. She represents Send Out Cards. But she’s so much more than a rep. She’s smart as a whip when it comes to WordPress Blogs.
I put out an S.O.S. on Ryze because somehow I managed to screw up this blog with goofy fonts and corrupt code etc. The more I tried to fix it, the worse it ended up. Enter Heidi. She responded to my post for a WP techy type. Doesn’t my blog look absolutely beautiful? Thanks to Heidi it does.
After she cleaned up my mess I spoke with her on the phone. I enjoyed her cute Texan accent (after all, us Northerners don’t have an accept y’know!). Heidi ensured I was clear about what she did, and showed me a few tips I could do myself.
She was so helpful! Her own plate is very full this time of year - especially with her booming card biz and her own family - yet she took time to help this WordPress novice.

Yes, Heidi is a wonderful woman and very knowledgeable when it comes to blogs. I am honored that she is a member of the Baby Boomer Diva Web of Fame.
